Our reproduction process is done entirely by hand by our professional and talented artists. Our artists have perfected their expertise through years of study and paintings. Can I see the actual brush strokes?
Yes. Our paintings are actual 100% hand-painted oil on canvas. You can see, touch and feel the actual brush strokes on each and every one of our painting.

How close are the paintings to the originals?
It is our passion to bring the absolute best reproduction possible to our customer. Rest assure we will reproduce to the closest details as the original. However, slight variance is possible in the reproduction process.

Our pricing structure is reasonable. We provide the highest quality paintings at the lowest price possible. Our paintings come direct from the studio. There are no middleman or overhead cost. The saving goes to you, our valued customer. We have prides in our work and do not have high expenses for expensive showrooms and unnecessary cost. Yes, there are places that provide reproductions at lower prices. However, we spend more time and efforts when reproducing the painting, ensuring complete accuracy and color rendition to the original. We are proud of our work and the artists have many years of experiences in reproduction work. We make sure and inspect down to every detail before the painting is packed and shipped to you.

What kind of guarantee do you offer?
All paintings come with a 30-days return policy. If you return the painting within the 30-days period, you will be refunded your original payment less 15%. This cover our Free Shipping Worldwide policy as well as handling and restocking fees.

How long will it take for my painting to arrive?
If a painting is In Stock we will ship it immediately. If not, we will start the reproduction immediately after receiving your order and verified payment. We can often have your painting delivered to you in about 2-3 weeks, depending on the drying time of the oil and the complexity of the piece. Add 1-2 weeks for Aged & Cracked paintings. Add 7-10 days to delivery times for holiday seasons. We take time to make sure you receive the absolute best oil painting reproduction.

How much are my shipping charges?
Free Shipping Worldwide via UPS and FedEx. There is no additional charges to your order for shipping. We cover shipping charges as well as packaging and handling fees. All orders must have physical address for delivery. We do not ship to P.O. Box or APO addresses.

Does your price include stretcher and frame?
No. The painting is unstretched, rolled and inserted in an extremely sturdy tube which is sealed, packaged, and delivered to your door by the courier.

Why do you sell the paintings unframed?
We let the customer choose the frame to match their decoration. Most of the time, the painting can be framed at local frame shop for a lower price than buying paintings that are framed. The flexibility is yours.

How are your paintings different from posters, prints and transfers?
At Arts Heaven, we do not utilize any computer-aided or printing process. As a result our reproduction revealed a much deeper tonal range, texture and
shapes of the mediums used on the original painting.
Please note: Our paintings are not prints, not paint on prints, not image to canvas transfers, not giclee, or any other printing and transfer processes. Our reproduction is not "Brushstroke Enhanced", "Hand Embellished", "Oil on Canvas Enhancement", etc... It is reproduce by real artist on a blank canvas. Everything is real, down to the scent of the wet oil.

Do you measure your paintings in inches or centimeters?
We state the dimension of our paintings in both inches and centimeters. However, we can reproduce any painting in any size that you requested.

Can you reproduce a painting that is not on the web site?
Yes. Our artist can recreate and reproduce any painting of your choice to your exact specification. We have successfully reproduced portraits and artwork from photos. The prices for custom reproduction will be priced and quote according to size and complexity of the subject.

Do you sell wholesale?
We no longer provide wholesale pricing and services. Every paintings available on our web site are priced extremely low, providing all customers the benefit of purchasing quality oil on canvas painting at wholesale dealer prices.

No. We pay the sales tax for you. Every State is TAX FREE.

Is it safe to purchase on your web site?

Do you have a showroom or gallery for walk-ins?
No we don't. We are strictly an online store. This allows us to sell the paintings at extremely low price, yet still maintain the highest quality possible. Our paintings can cost four-five times more when framed and display at galleries and showrooms. We have no middle-man, no salesman, no overheads. The saving goes to you.

Do you have a printed catalog?
We do not create and carry expensive printed catalogs that goes out-of-date the minute they get printed. Our web site is online, visible and available 24-hours a day, 365-days a year. For this reason, we do not produce a printed catalog.

Do you ship internationally?
We ship to more than 30 international destinations worldwide. Our preferred carriers are UPS and FedEx. Once the package reaches your country it will be processed and handled by your Customs for appropriate clearance.

Will their be any import duty or taxes on my painting?
The Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States (2000) declares that there is NO import duty on:
1) "Paintings, drawings, and pastels, executed entirely by hand ... framed or not framed" (Heading 9701 & Subheading 9701.10.00);
2) "Original engravings, prints and lithographs, framed or not framed" (Subheading 9702.00.00); & "Original sculptures and statuary, in any material" (Subheading 9703.00.00).
In most countries, hand-painted oil on canvas are duty free. Please contact the Customs Service in your country directly as policies may vary.
